Report privacy
You can report without creating an account. Text, source addresses and screenshots are received in a private space. Separate permission allows automatic publication of a limited card.

What you submit
The form accepts text, a source address and a screenshot. Country, channel and contextual details are optional. It does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
A message or image can still contain information that identifies someone. Remove your contact details, signatures and personal references before submitting. Preparing an image does not automatically conceal what is visible in it.
Processing remains private
Sources and screenshots are stored in the private Supabase service space. Internal access is limited by roles and assignments. The website is hosted on Vercel; these technical providers help operate the service.
The current AI analysis receives only generic indicator codes extracted by the service. The original message, source address, screenshot and your contact details are not sent to the OpenAI AI service. This limitation also reduces the possible detail of the analysis: it cannot verify a link or read a screenshot.
Technical information is needed to limit abuse and operate hosting, submissions and sign-in. Reporting without an account therefore does not mean that no technical data is processed.
Publication is a separate choice
Agreement to examine a report and permission to publish are separate choices. Without publication permission, the new report remains private.
When publication is authorised and checks pass, the public may see a limited card: suspected category, channel, date, country if provided, general advice and an optional badge. The original message, screenshots, source address, contact details, scores and detailed AI analysis are excluded from that card.
Two reviews by different people can add a badge. They are not required for automatic publication and do not guarantee that the card is free of errors.
What remains in your browser
Language and theme preferences may be saved on your device. Signing into the internal workspace also keeps a session; sign out when using a shared device.
The report form code does not save the submitted content in persistent browser storage. After an error, the content remains in the form so you can retry; it is cleared after a confirmed submission receipt.
Email extension
The ICU6 Gatekeeper extension’s email analysis service is suspended. The report form is the available way to submit suspicious content. This form does not activate an automatic connection to your mailboxes.
Retention and requests
Retention periods for sources and screenshots still need to be specified in a complete retention policy. This notice does not promise automatic deletion by a particular deadline.
To request information, a correction, a card withdrawal or deletion, use the contact address below. Identify the relevant card or your report reference if you have it, without attaching further sensitive information to a simple request.
